① Check whether the air intake is smooth and whether there is oil in the supercharger housing.

 

② Pull out the oil dipstick after turning off the generator for 5 minutes and check whether the oil in the oil pan exceeds the limit; if it exceeds, the excess should be released.

 

③ If the above checks are normal, the injector can be removed to check whether the spray hole of the needle valve pair is smooth. If there is serious carbon deposit or oil stain, it means that there is oil in the cylinder.

 

④ Check the oil seal at the upper end of the valve guide and whether the gap between the guide and the valve stem is too large. Further, the cylinder head should be removed to check whether the piston ring is stuck in the ring groove, the end gap is matched, broken, the elastic force is weakened, whether the conical ring or twisted ring is installed in reverse, whether the piston, piston ring and cylinder are worn too much, whether there is cylinder pulling, etc. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired in time.

 

⑤ Is the turbocharger rotor shaft oil seal damaged due to improper use and untimely maintenance, causing oil leakage, mixed with fresh air into the cylinder, or vaporized by high-temperature exhaust gas when discharged from the turbine end with exhaust gas. Whether the turbocharger rotor shaft is leaking oil can be clearly seen by disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes. If it leaks oil, the oil seal should be replaced, and the carbon deposits on the turbine should be removed, and the bearing clearance of the rotor shaft should be checked to avoid damage to the new oil seal.
