1. Circulation process of lubricating oil: The lubricating oil is pumped from the oil pan and pressed to various parts of the engine through the oil pump. 2. Distribution of lubricating oil: After the lubricating oil enters the engine, it is divided into multiple routes for lubrication. For example, a part of the lubricating oil passes through the main oil channel of the diesel engine body and enters the connecting rod big end bearing, camshaft and piston, etc., to form a pressure oil film and reduce friction and wear between components.

 

3. Cooling process: The lubricating oil will heat up during the circulation process, so it needs to be cooled by the cooler. The lubricating oil enters the oil cooler for cooling, and then flows back to the oil pan to form a cycle.

Composition of the lubrication system‌: The lubrication system of the diesel generator set is mainly composed of an oil pump, a centrifugal fine filter, an oil coarse filter, an air-cooled oil radiator and a water-cooled oil radiator. These components work together to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system and the reliable operation of the engine‌.
